Delirium Axe Throwing is a high-quality Axe Throwing Experience located in Miami, Florida.  It is a fun place to work, fast paced and dynamic. As an Axe Coach,  your prime role is to interact with guests and ensure that they have a great time. No axe-throwing experience is required!

We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals with a passion for customer service and entertainment. Our ideal candidate is able to adapt to different scenarios and think quickly on their feet to tailor interactions specific to each customer. All applicants must be organized, outgoing, self-motivated, and have excellent time management skills. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers enthusiastically, checking guests in, leading players to their lanes, and giving verbal safety instructions as well as ensuring safety standards are being followed
  • Teaching customers proper axe-throwing techniques, safety, and monitoring axe-throwing games
  • Creating social media content 3x a month
  • Provide excellent customer service and a memorable gaming experience, this includes staying up to date on all products and procedures to be able to accurately answer questions
  • Handling game bookings and inquiries in person, over the phone, and online
  • Meeting groups after their game has concluded, providing positive commentary on their game, and taking team photos
  • Following strict reset and cleaning protocols after each game
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the establishment and ensuring maintenance issues are brought to management’s attention immediately. Includes light janitorial duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
  • Ability to work cross-functionally internally and externally to help business succeed
  • We want our employees to enjoy their jobs while providing positive, memorable experiences for our guests
  • Upsell games and merchandise to customers

Job Requirements:

  • Be comfortable sitting for an hour at a time, bending, carrying, climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, and walking
  • Proven, enthusiastic customer service skills
  • Maintain a high sense of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A love of games and puzzles is a must, as all employees are required to complete our escape rooms as part of our training program.

Proficiency in English and Spanish language is preferred. We are looking for someone able to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. You will work an average of 20-25 hours every week but some weeks might be more. Schedules are sent one month in advance. Must pass a background check.
